Restitution Fund for Victims of Psychic Fraud

Helping Victims Reclaim Financial Losses
from Fraudulent Psychics

WELCOME!

Supported by ethical providers, the Restitution Fund for Victims of Psychic Fraud aims to provide financial restitution to those who have been victims of unethical conduct in the psychic industry.

Psychic Industry Growth and Scam Activity

The psychic services industry has grown steadily, reaching approximately $2.3 billion in annual revenue by 2025, according to IBISWorld, reflecting ongoing demand in this space. Of course, anytime there is a booming business, there are typically those trying to take undue advantage. Cue the psychic con artists.

Psychic fraud typically involves individuals misrepresenting spiritual or intuitive abilities in order to manipulate others for financial gain, often through claims of urgency, spiritual danger, or the need for ongoing paid services. According to the Better Business Bureau, scammers actively exploit the multi-billion-dollar psychic services industry, with many victims reporting payments for services that were never delivered or escalated into repeated financial demands.

restitution to those who have been wronged by unscrupulous providers.

It’s clear that the psychic industry has a bit of a reputation problem. Some providers are known to use spiritual jargon, such as attached souls, blocked chakras, and curses in order to confuse, worry, and defraud clients out of money.

In some documented cases, victims have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars to psychic scams, as reflected in publicly reported court cases and law enforcement actions.

While we cannot right every wrong (or provide these types of large restitution amounts), the Restitution Fund for Victims of Psychic Fraud is at least a start. It is one way ethical providers in this industry can stand behind their values with meaningful action.

We can come together to provide some guidance and financial restitution to those who have been wronged by unscrupulous providers.
